When you're ready for a person, request a session with a licensed psychologist or counsellor and we'll match you thoughtfully.
Your conversation is tied to your account only. No selling of data, no judgement, and clear crisis guidance whenever it's needed.
Our approach
We built the companion on the working structure of a counselling session: a warm opening, careful listening, gentle reflection, then one small, doable step. It draws on cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and compassion-focused practice — and it always names its limits.
What it will never do: diagnose you, recommend medication, or handle a crisis alone. In those moments it points you straight to human help.
Start with "I don't know where to begin" — that's a perfectly good first sentence.
